For years, a mountain has been moved between two countries (Brazil and China), Romulo, an ex-miner and now a sailor, heads off on his first journey taking part of the mountain towards another one. Over the vast sea he meets other travellers and, in feverish moments, he encounters his own memories and the spirit of the earth. In the course of each day permeated by unknown languages, these conversations are never misunderstood.
